A temporary fix has been made to the City's online payment system PSN that allows utility customers to pay their monthly bills online. The links below will direct customers to pages where they can pay their bill and register an account online:

To make a payment, customers must manually enter their billing information, which can be found on their monthly bill received by mail, including:
- Name as it appears on your bill/invoice
- Account holder name
- Account number
- Payment amount
Although it is less functional, this solution offers customers the convenience of paying their utility bills online while the City seeks a more permanent fix to the online payment system.
