Bird Scooters

Local Rules- Before riding a Bird Scooter, click the Micro Mobility Device Local Ordinance link to become familiar with the laws that must be followed while riding a Bird Scooter in Sterling.

Contact Us- If you require assistance with a Bird Scooter, click the Contact Us link to reach out to Bird. Do not contact the City of Sterling for Bird Scooter technical assistance.

Beginners Guide- Click the beginners guide link for all you need to know to safely ride, park and experience the benefits of Bird shared scooters in Sterling.

Community- Click the community link for discount programs available to veterans, senior citizens, healthcare workers, students with grants, and select community groups.

Free Helmet Program- Click the Free Helmet Program link for more information on how to get a free helmet so you can safely use Bird Scooters.

Community Mode- Community Mode allows anyone with a Bird account to report or provide feedback on vehicle-related issues such as poorly parked or damaged vehicles in their area. You will be asked to provide the Bird ID number and the specific issue you’re experiencing, then one of Bird's team members will be assigned to correct the issue. You can access Community Mode by tapping the yield sign on the bottom left of the Bird map.
